Kenneth Kintsugi
Kenneth Kintsugi covers friendship, connection, and community for the NexSpark Friends Journal, most of the site's writing on making, keeping, and rebuilding real-life friendships carries his byline. Before that, he spent 15+ years across digital marketing, ecommerce, SaaS, and product management, which is where his interest in why people actually connect (or don't) started.
There is no perfect formula for being human, only perspective, curiosity, frameworks, lived experience, and a willingness to sit with difficult questions honestly.
He describes himself as still figuring a lot of this out alongside the people reading it, rather than writing from a place of finished authority. He's naturally curious and spiritually minded, but grounded in the everyday realities of being human. His focus areas are self-understanding, authentic communication, presence and embodiment, and what actually makes relationships, friendships included, work. He covers the same ground on his YouTube channel, in longer conversational and teaching formats than a blog byline allows. He also writes NexSpark's dating and relationship coverage on the matchmaking side; you can read that version of his bio at nexspark.com/kenneth-kintsugi.
